Founder & Brand Strategy

Rob brings more than 20 years of experience across content creation, online audiences, creator monetisation, and digital brand building.

After years in the creator industry, Rob’s focus is now on helping women turn attention into long-term creator businesses. He works behind the scenes on strategy, positioning, YouTube, long-form content, premium video, monetisation direction, and the bigger MOVA vision.

His role is not to be the face of the creator’s brand. It is to help build the structure, strategy, and direction that allows the brand to grow.

Brooke

Creator Manager & Content Strategy

Brooke is the main point of support for MOVA creators. She works closely with each model on content planning, weekly direction, delivery checks, confidence, organisation, and day-to-day communication.

Her role is to make sure creators always know what to film, what to focus on, and where the brand is going next. She brings the feminine, supportive, creator-facing energy of MOVA while keeping the system moving behind the scenes.

Alex

Automation, AI & Social Systems

Alex builds the systems that help MOVA move faster and stay consistent. He works across AI workflows, Telegram automations, content movement, social posting systems, short-form editing support, and platform execution.

His role is to make sure content does not get lost, opportunities do not get missed, and the team can move quickly without everything becoming messy behind the scenes.

I’ve been with the team the longest, and I take a lot of pride in being someone you can rely on.

Brendan works inside the communication side of MOVA, helping manage fan conversations on behalf of creators.

His role is to keep conversations moving, build trust, understand what fans respond to, and create the kind of personal experience that makes people want to come back. He helps turn attention into connection, and connection into long-term value.

At MOVA, chatting is not treated as spam or copy-paste selling. It is relationship building, and Brendan is part of the team making sure every conversation feels natural, consistent, and on-brand.
